It is the clear intention of Leiden University to create a more international student body, to strengthen the international character of the University and to internationalise the learning experience for all students.
Romanian student Theodor Balan (24) studies Mathematics in Leiden and is President of the International Student Network. Living in Leiden has changed his life. ‘The years I have spent here are not only in photo albums, but are part of who I am, and whatever I will achieve in the future.’
Kenneth Marcus from the Californian University of La Verne is Fulbright Visiting Professor in American Culture this Spring semester.
